know nothing about this brand. Fin density doesn't look amazing. Would this be considered an upgrade?

It's a sought after brand in Japan and is considered an upgrade. I like my rides OEM+ and replaced it with a factory Turbo Intercooler

I can't find any information about the performance of this intercooler. Does it bring a plus compared to the OEM model?

Hmm I’m a little tempted to buy this just to test. I recall seeing a bob holocomb tuned 993turbo that had a Japanese intercooler that looked like these (much thicker core cf stock), and the story goes that he couldn’t believe how efficient they were. Would be fun to cf stock, my diy gt2rs core, and Andial.
