Value will be decided by market any "guess" here is just that, how bad does one want the authentic item (as seen on FB), as can do as good / better with new gear sets, so performance price is determined by like non OEM new - for pure performance sake, but for a collector / historic build, BAT says crazy money is out there. Then there is bespoke Linton trans project that will be unobtainium.

I recently was able to acquire a G50/31 Cup trans fresh spare from a customer campaigned 993 RS Cup and the price was mid $20 k , I was fortunate enough to obtain factory aluminum hood and Cup tail in the deal so I would venture a used GT2 993 trans to be at least in that range ,$25K plus ...

How do the ratios of the G50/54 differ from the G64/51?

RSR used either g50/30 or g50/34
street base RS used g50/31
street RS/CS used g50/32
all of the above have the same external dimensions and mounting points
993 turbo and GT2 all use a trans w/ larger exterior dimensions which move the output end mounts, reason is the larger CWP used on these transmissions
gearing on these is much taller than the n/a aspirated g50s

Thanks Bill. Your graphs and sheets are always fun to dig into.
Sort of a side stepped question, but has anyone here heard of people replacing 993TT gears with 996 gears/ratios? For the most part (1-4) they appear to be the same, but I came across a car that has GT3 gears for some reason.
