Default Turbo timers

I see a few questions on cooling down the turbos. I haven't seen anyone suggest a turbo timer. I have had a number of Turbo cars which I fitted timers to.

Is it not a Porsche thing to do or is there a technical reason why one would not?

You want to keep your car running and walk away fom it? I would never do that. I think most here would like to put the car into gear before leaving it.

It's really not necessary. Just let the car idle for a minute before you shut it off and leave it.

in stock form no car should requir a turbo time, just sit in your car for about 30 sec more. or while your pulling up just let it idle while you pull into place, you nok 15sec off by doing that, then the last hting you do is turn your car off before you walk away from it.
