I would go with the Porsche decal in black but not on the door on the rocker panel.

The prior owner had car in Europe and did clear reflector over front fenders. A euro touch but no graphics

Def no as well, side profile of you 993 RUF is so smooth already.
But if I had to choose one it would the first one Porsche (white font).

Not one of the choices you offered, but IMO yellow brake calipers would give you the more aggressive look you want.

black 993 decal looks cool something different. the purists here will say leave it alone but if your longing for something more i say go for it, you can remove and reverse anytime

The 993 logo is the worst of your decal choices, IMO. The Porsche one is not as bad, but I definitely prefer no decals whatsoever.
