Greetings,

I have put a deposit down on this vehicle and am currently having a PPI done. It will be comprehensive and cover off on all the usual flash points for the 993TT. The car has 55K miles and had an engine out service last year. Also, it was re-painted in the past though when was not determined. It does have a clean Carfax.

I'd appreciate any comments or observations about the vehicle (condition, options, price, etc.) . I own or have owned 997 TTs and 991 TTs. This would be my first 993.

far from an expert, but I wouldn't touch one of these without having it on a lift and examined by an expert. (My $.02, which is often what it's worth, fyi)

I spot worn motor mounts and that was not replaced with engine out job?

Here's the PPI on the car. A compression test/leak down has not yet been done. I would appreciate any comments.

Looks nice from the pictures. The valve guide tick could mean needs a top end done soon or it could be a long way off. Something to consider.

Certainly get a carfax and equifax car report. I forget now but I think equifax did car reports at one time. The two had some unusual differences with my car.

they all tick mine has ticked for 14 years with no problems had valve guides checked all good =, my 993tt has been the most trouble free car ihave ever owned
