You guys are catching up with the european gas prices 
We are at ~4.50 euros/gal i.e. ~$5.50/gal. for Shell V-Max with 100 european octane what is worse than your VP100 i guess.
Btw. there is a 120 litre race fuell cell for 993 on ebay.de - that should give you the real SUV feeling at the station.
