Hello everyone,
I have been offered a 1998 right-hand drive 993 turbo S (for which I expressed an interest a few months ago), with 72K miles, and IMHO in poor to fair condition. The car is ex-UK, one of the 33 or so officially imported vehicles to the UK. The exterior is in dark blue metallic (with quite a few stonechips) while the interior is a combination of cashmere (light yellow?) and dark blue. The rims/wheels also have quite a few marks / scuffs. The condition of the interior is IMO (on a scale of 1-10) 5 to 6 max. Mechanically it appears to be good, although, I am taking it to OPC for a PPI. It does, however, drive very well!
What would suggest is a fair price to pay for it? Please I need your expert and valuable assistance on this.
Best regards
Emilios

I would first take in consideration the miles on the car. The price is going to be lower becuase this car was driven. You also have to be a realist, if the car has been driven, the interior and exterior are not going to be concours, so are judging this car on a scale 1-10 on perfect or based on the miles? Are you looking for a deal??? or looking for a car that is a pristine example of a limited edition car? This car sounds like you are picking it apart and therefore you need to buy another car. But if you want a car that is taken care of like a true limited production you are going to pay a premium for that car.

It was driven an average of <3,500 miles/year. That's pretty low mileage in my book. All the other stuff mentioned can be fixed and greatly improved. Just takes time, skill, and $.
