One more great story for the night..
Today I went to pick up my suv which was having a hitch installed. The shop I use, Foreign Affairs Motorsports (incredible Porsche, BMW shop btw,) had an elderly woman walk in. She had to be in her 80's (no kidding.)
She was there to pick up her car which was being serviced. Her daily driver driver none the less.
It was a red 1968 911T. Of course it was a manual. She is the original owner of the car and picked it up in Europe, well, a long time ago..
besides needing a wash which it got, it was in great condition.
I just thought that was so cool!!

I just meet Bob Varela and one of his never employees (jason?) from the Foreign Affairs in Deerfield Beach. I assume that this has to be the same tuner you are referring to.
Bob came up to our PCA region (Coastal Empire) to speak. He is one very knowledgeable guy! I just wish he would move his shop up here.
Please keep me posted on what he recommends in way of upgrades for your car. I would be very interested in the direction he leads you.
P.s. Have you seen his 'ultimate' boxer yet? If not ask about it. The evolution of it is very interesting. Looks like it may be the star of a TV show.

Yeah, I've seen the Boxster
