Did you all know that the very first 911 was called "901"? The reason Porsche had to change was because Pegeuot had the trademark of the "0" for the second digit for its cars... Weren't for that we would all be 901 fans.... The mind boggles....

Yes, Iearned that on a factory visit with my son in 1999. Also learned they had SUV experience about 50 years ago. What a great tour.

Moring Phil, Hey I have a question(another) On my desk, I have a 1:18 scale model of a speed yellow gt. It has yellow leather inserts on the seat. Are you gonna do the same?

Could you elucidate? What do you mean by "leather inserts"? (Would hate to be missing something...)

Phil(993rs) I see in from your pictures(yes I printed them) you have the "sport seats" So in retrospect the Inserts don't apply to you. With the standard seats you can have the inner part of the seat changed color. <img src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" border="0" alt="[cheers]" />
