I saw something similar from Performance Products. They put together a "kit" that serves the same purpose and looks much like the factory version. It costs about $80, alot more than just the parts that Robin outlined. I haven't tried it but it is another option...still requires a hole to be drilled.

I also remember someone on another website a few years back using an LED instead of a standard bulb in his homegrown version. Probably a smaller hole and same, if not more, light (could go with different colors too). Unfortunately, I can't find the posting. Maybe someone else remembers this...
