Are they running a special or is this one of the remanufactured sachs clutch kits that other online retailers have been pushing (as new) lately? Do you have link? Can't find the deal.

I think it might be a special. They specify a Porsche part no. in the ad.

I received the ad in an email from them. If anyone wants the email just PM me with your email address and i will forward to you.

these are great deals. Assuming that the kit include pressure plate, TO bearing and clutch disc, Pelican is selling these for $706.

Can you post close-up photos of the pressure plate friction surface and the clutch disc center and hub flange?

Only other pic I took, it is mounted on motor on stand now. TOB was new too. I am curious on what look likes heat bluing on the pressure plate, is that normal.. I may call them.. I only went new route as my original plate looks good, but is 23 years old...
