Just curious... What did you think of Matt as a driver? I always think he is a bit hamfisted, but not really sure. I just think he tends to go really hard on the cars he drives...

He seemed pretty confident. I don't have much experience in the passenger seat, but it didn't feel like he was pushing the car. I think he probably does tend to be a bit hamfisted to feel out his comfort limits with the car, since he does only have 5-10 minutes with each one. I don't have much experience with HPDE in cars (as opposed to motorcycles), so I'm sure others can give a better critical view.
That doesn't really tell us much; care to elaborate?

I've said above, in my first post, that he seems late on pretty much every turn. Hes also not looking where he's going. That was enough for me to draw a conclusion, I have not looked at his hand placement or a number of other details. And don't want to go back to the video to do so.
Man, my heart starting pounding when he starting talking about the exhaust! "Its got Fister Stage 3".....aaaaaaand Fabspeed SportCats?!.....nope, dreams crushed :'(
