Default 9:11 Pure

Porsche created a new video magazine which you can watch on youtube. Its a branding exercise but its done very well and the second episode (Pure) is fun to watch for us 911 fans:

The first episode is cool too, especially the Walter Rohrl segment, but the rest is more focused on the Panamera.

Amazing video and editing. The last segment was a bit frenetic for my taste, but the rest was fantastic. The motor teardown was the highlight.

I agree. I enjoyed seeing the museum but would have preferred more shots of the cars and less of the creative editing.

The engine tear down is really cool.

If you liked this video, do check out episode 1. The first segment with Walter is quite nice:
The next segment on color is silly, but if you stick through it you'll get rewarded with some nice shots of roads in Scotland.

Grinding metal and banging on suspension w/o eye protection, no helmet for some of the driving...
Hope there's at least cup holder for a Bitburger.

I loved the contrast between his words (joy of life, full speed ahead, yolo) with the expression on his face (grim reaper scowl).

Very teutonic.

Nice find! I liked the interview with Walter and the scenic drive through Scotland. I'm now thinking about ditching the motorhome and taking the 993 around the North Coast 500.

I've been looking through all the Porsche videos and watching everything I could find on the GT3 RS - I've gone down the rabbit hole!

This video showing it being run at the Nardo test track is especially good:

I laughed out loud when the cameraman got sick, "its ok we have a couple more."
