993RS ride height -10mm without 993RS uprights? Is it a good idea?
I am trying to figure out my summer ride height and like the look of RS -10mm ride height, but I do not have the 993RS uprights yet. I'm coming from a 964 so the architecture of the 993 is new to me.
So my question, is it a bad idea (or even possible) to go that low without the 993RS uprights and tie rods?
Will the sway bar hit anything or anything else hit?

Imho RS +10 is the limit without uprights and you will need a complete realignment with resetting of control arm bushes or they will split. I needed a rear arch rolling when I went to RS ride height with 18" wheels. Arbs will not hit anything but you may hit the bump stops more often. Dropping for aesthetics alone can be dangerous unless you stick to 55 and dry roads.

It depends on what's most important to you. Handling will take a hit as you are now entering the more aggressive portion of the bump steer curve. Expect it to understeer a lot more than with the RS uprights at that ride height.

Do you plan to street drive your car? If yes, it is a bad idea to lower below ROW lowered height:
