Post Wire mesh intake screen for 993?

Has anyone installed or seen a supplier of a product like this to fit a 993 turbo bumper cover? Any pics or leads would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jack

Looks like it's going to be tough to keep clean.

Incidentially, there's a lot rice racers who just go to Home Depot to get wire mesh screens and just cut it themselves to fit.

Not a bad point Jeff -- does this look racer boyesque? It's just that on a black car the cool turbo front-end shape doesn't really show like it does on a lighter colored car. This seems to set it off nicely. But, I don't want gopher hole exhaust tips for a reason.

I think if the screens didn't contrast the body color, it would look less boy racereque. Perhaps you could spray paint them a charcoal grey/titanium color. I think that would look much better than bright shiny silver.

But I think that the biggest issue would be the cleaning issue. I have a friend who put on a gt2 front bumper on his boxter and it looks awesome, but he complains about keeping those intakes clean.
