Your advice on this screw, please

While tinkering around near the oil tank area, I noticed this screw which is #18 on the PET. It has seen better days. I have the replacement from Sonnen. Anyone know if that simply unscrews to replace? I just don't want oil leaking out or something falling apart upon removal. TIA

If the bolt secures the end of the hard oil line, you can remove & replace it without incident.

AOW- There is an oil line going to that round end directly above that combination screw. Thank you for the quick response, sir!
