If you remove the pattern cap (it's just hot glued to the silver piece), I remember there are two screws tightening the silver piece to the leather shift ****. Maybe the screws are loosed?

I managed to install the Tequipment gear ****. It really feels good, the touch of the aluminum is really nice. and the bigger round ball shape provides a bigger and better grasp of the ****.
