Another R-compound tire test
Just got off reading a R-compound tire test in Sport Auto (German) Nr 10/2002.
The participants tire are Dunlop Super Sport Race (SP9000SS), MIchelin Pilot Sport Cup, Pirelli PZero Corsa and Yokohama Advan 048. Vehicle used for the test is a GT3
The result point out to the Michelin as the fastest of the four on the Hockenheim smaller course:

Dunlop 1.18.8 min Fr: 310 Rr: 395 (Euros)
Michelin 1.17.7 min Fr: 488 Rr: 726 (Euros)
Pirelli 1.18.1 min Fr: 319 Rr: 450 (Euros)
Yokohama 1.18.5 min Fr: 396 Rr: 541 (Euros)
Notice the price of these tires in Europe, especially the Michelin!!!!
