Default Best glue to use?

Not sure why or how, but it cracked.

What's the best glue to use? I'm thinking of also sort of sealing it 3" each way on the backside too.

Thinking of the JB weld epoxy. Thoughts?

Whoops. Pics added of grate inside the turbo tail.

The more experienced folks recommend glues with high toluene content for best sniffing.
