Default HELP!!!! Local Bodyshop--Dallas, Tx

I am looking for a bodyshop in the Dallas, Tx area that can do a bit of work for me. I am ready to shoot my hood, my new bumper and blend in the front fenders...I can do this myself but would like to know what a bodyshop would charge me to do it..Both the hood and the bumper are off the car and ready to shoot. The fender will need to be sanded down and sprayed. I dont need the shop to reinstall the hood and bumper, I will do that myself...The less work they need to do the less it should cost..Thanks for any help..

Stuart's Paint and Auto Body on Plano road about 1/2 mile north of 635 does a lot of work on Porsches and and high-end cars and exotics. They do excellent work.

I've also heard great comments about Stewarts and plan to use them in the near future (let me know your experience if you do end up using them). I have used GTI a number of years ago and was not satsified with the quality of their work.

Chris,

Stewart's is good but they can be pretty slow. They had my car for 3 weeks for a simple bumper cover replace and spray.

Still - wouldn't take it any where else in the area....

I had GTI painted a part before. The people seemed nice enough. They were really slow and the quality wasn't that good. The price was also expensive for a simple spray without any prep work.

Wouldn't go back there again.
