Angry Mille Miglia mufflers will not fit w/ my wide body tips

Any help would be greatfully appreciated. The mufflers are on my car but I cannot get my widebody tips on. The offset is wrong with these particular mufflers/tips. Does anyone know whether or not Mille Miglia makes two types of mufflers (one for widebody, one for narrow) or one muffler and two different offsetting tips? If they make two types of mufflers I'm afraid I'll have these up for sale. Unfortunately the fellow who sold me the mufflers told me that "my widebody tips would fit no problem" That is not the case. They sound great though

Randy...sorry to hear about your issue. I believe I too was going to purchase the mufflers you now have, but was very skeptical on the fitment.

My c2s does not have the large ovals, so if you decide on keeping the mufflers and selling your ovals, I'll be interested.

Please let me know at asprer@aol.com

Randy,

That's a bummer about your snazzy mufflers. I would be interested in your Mille Miglias if you're looking to sell, with or without tips.

My car does not have the large ovals but rather the motor sound plated tips. They are kind of rectangular looking. I hope I can figure this out because I love the way the car sounds now.

That's kinda disturbing. I too was interested in the mufflers. I asked the buyer specifically if they would work with my factory tips for my C2S and he assured me they would.

I asked him as well, more than once. I emailed a few others as well. No one saw a problem with them.

Randy,

I too had considered the Mille Miglias for my C2S, but I was not confident that I could use my large oval tips, or that the mufflers would fit exactly like the stock Motorsound mufflers, that's why I got the Monty Mufflers. I was guarranted that they would fit exactly like the stock mufflers on my C2S.

It's a bit odd that the muffler didn't come with a tip since mine came with a tip welded to the muffler.

Here's a pic. Doesn't look like any hacking had been done to them.

If you look at Mille Miglia website, it says it comes with the tip.
