Rear suspension torque

Rear suspension torque
Hi , I am checking my torque settings having refreshed my rear suspension arms. I have an electronic copy of the workshop pages which say for the camber arm to use 85Nm. There is only one figure to subframe (and 75 Nm) to wheel carrier.
the 85 has (eccentric) next to it so I'm taking that as the bolt side.
Reading the note below from here I just want to make sure that I understand. So noting the caution below if I'm tightening say my camber arm to subframe does this mean my torque wrench should be set to 63 or 85 NM? ie do I have to reduce down the workshop manual figures??
http://www.porscherepair.us/porsche-993-repair/tightening-torques-for-rear-axle.html
"For rear-axle camber adjustment. Used to slacken and tighten the lock nut. Caution: A lock nut tightening torque of 85 Nm (63 ftlb.) is equivalent to approx. 65 Nm (48 ftlb.) at the torque wrench"
Thank you

Here is the section in the shop manual if it is of any help:
Do you plan to do your own alignment as the shop will rework all the eccentric setting and if you hand them the pages from the shop manual you can ask them to check the torque values on the other connections.
I was wondering do the lock nuts need to be replaced with new ones when replacing the arms as it seems to me they lose some of their effectiveness every time they are loosened and retightened?
