PCA affiliate member
I cannot find any description in the PCA documentation anywhere. Is an affiliate member the same as a regular member, or does the regular member have to be with the affiliate member at events?

I think a better place to ask are the folks/region that will be putting on the events you want to go to. I believe regions are free to make their own rules as far as who can come to their events.
