Default FABSPEED MOTORSPORT Now Offering X-Pipe Conversion Kits

Hey Guys!

As many of you know, our X-Pipe design is modular so you can replace just the top pipe section to make it either a Sport Cat or Catbypass X-Pipe. However, we have never publicly offered those pipes separately, and I have noticed recently many of you running our X-Pipes expressing interest in switching from a Sport Cat X-Pipe to our Catbypass X-Pipe, or vice versa.

That being said, I presented it to our team and we have updated our site to offer the pipes separately. Below is a picture highlighting the options available. The Sport Cat Conversion Pipes are available for $995, and the Catbypass Conversion Pipes are available for $395. A link to our webpage is located here.

If anyone has any interest or questions, please feel free to give me a call/email/PM in my signature below anytime

How does this work for your original setup ... not a good product plan?

How about making a combined cat / muffler bypass, like this:

obviously off road only, bonus points if you could do it in titanium for max weight savings..

We are always striving to improve our products, and over time we'll update the design if we do see a way to do so. Nothing bad about the X-Pipe you have, just an earlier version that does not have a modular sport cat/catbypass section compatible with the conversion kits for our current design.

If you'd be interested in our current design to switch back and forth between cat and sport cat, just drop me a PM i'd be happy to get some pricing together for you

Reference picture below is of a 964, the 993 muffler bypass pipes would just be a different angle for the bumper outlet.

Have you guys ever testing eliminating the cross over in your design by adding a block off plate in the "x" to keep the banks separate, like Porsche did oem. Would be curious to hear the results.

One of our original designs were crossover pipes without an X or "talk zone" as we like to call it. We have had much more success and better sound utilizing the X to merge the exhaust note for a smoother/refined sound and to help promote a scavenging effect for more consistent performance improvements.
