993 NB Front Splitter help...?
I'd like to add a little depth to the front of my NB 993 and have been looking at front splitter options.
I'm not a fan of the Aero 1B Front corners and would prefer a full length splitter, however there seems to be very little available other than the GT2/RS Big Kit option which is gradually growing on me... until I saw the car in the pic attached sporting a subtle full length item which I really like.
Does anyone have any info or know where I can find one of these?

I bought the ....
GT2/993 RS CS front splitters, fiberglass, made in Germany, all one piece. The fit and finish is excellent, requiring minimal prepare for paint: www.carnewal.com

Thanks Martin.
I am warming to the GT2 Splitter but still think it looks better with the big rear wing as shown on your car.
My preference is for front splitter only, hence my thoughts for something a little less aggressive.

if you do buy one be prepared for a terrible fitting piece, i know.. i had bought one a couple years ago. when it was installed, the sides in front of the wheels didn't line up with the bumper at all..the lip was about 2 inches too short on either side. i spent many many hours modifying it to fit and adding body filler and fiberglass to it and got it looking good, but in the end didn't end up using it. I still have it sitting around here somewhere.
its a shame because it s a nice looking lip for the 993, fitment is just awful. be prepared to spend $$$ at the body shop to get it looking good.
i can post some pics if you like

The manufacturer of the tail is unknown...probably Getty. It lacks the side intake air scoops of the GT3 RS and 993 GT2 tail...that's OK with me, didn't need them, just more aerodynamic drag, and me with a stock motor, don't need incremental drag, the wind element generates enough, but the trade off, downforce. The tail could be tamed a bit if the wing element were removed.
Side skirts are Factory, from Gert at Carnewal as well. No need to worry about buying from Belgium (Where Carnewal is located). Purchases arrive in about 3 days, Federal Express.
More info on GT3-TEK @ the thread: 993 Custom Polyurethane front lip special $299.00 shipped in the continental USA Not too complimentary on GT3-TEK, and I am not the only one with a negative impression/experience.

Cheers 405. That's the splitter, although such a shame the quality is crap... Looks like I may have to revert to the GT2/RSCS style alternative.
Thanks for the info Martin and yes Gert is a great guy to deal with.

I posted this a while ago. (look at post #1) Never found out who made it or it might be a Turbo S front spoiler worked to fit a narrow body car. I think it looks really nice! I ended up going with a Turbo front bumper.

I may be perfect...
....but it won't be cheap, by the time you buy the 993 Turbo number cover, the
Turbo S splitter. The 992 RS CS/GT2, one piece fiberglass front splitter (German), cost about $500 delivered to the US.
To each his own.....

So the original NB splitter I enquired about after much searching... is a Cargraphic item. I have exhausted enquiries in the UK & Germany and was wondering if anyone in the US has any contacts to see if there is any stock available.
Link to splitter (item 4): http://www.scuderiacarparts.com/afte...550539gfk_7136
Any help would be appreciated.
