A lot of engine parts are different compared to a cup engine . The heads are differents , valves and springs ....I agree with 100k $ to 150k$ for a new build .
750k is not cheap even for a factory original 993 RSR. A friend sold last winter his 993 cup modified to RSR for +/- 190k euros and it was a really well build car .

Been on and off ebay this year.
Car is very interesting but not 750k interesting.
Basically it is a 1995 Cup car that never made it to the world stage and therefore no real history other then club racing. The overall condition maybe preserved as result but serious buyers typically want significant racing history. Drivers, events etc.
It recieved a factory Sprint motor which is cool and Andial put the RSR bodywork update on it at some point which is interesting but not neccessarly important.
I think if it were still in stock 1995 Cup form it would be worth just as much without all the extras.
It is a no hit original car that could use a restoration to be auction ready.
As an armchair appraiser I would place the valuation between $250 low and 450k high.

^ Interesting.
Not sure if hours are posted in the ad, but factory sprint motor for the RSRs was a 30-40 hour motor when used in anger. Valuation of the car would have to include potential rebuild costs with the usual challenge of finding appropriate parts.
