PAGID pads - any experience?
<strong>
There is a reason you didnt get many responses on the Blue Pagid pads - we all run Orange at the track. There is no good pad that will do street and track duty well, so stop searching. A race pad will squeal on the street, and a street pad will wear down at the track.
Good luck,

Fair enough, thanks for the advice. I am starting to see a haze of Orange
One more thing, why do you feel the ATE Superblue is superior to the Motul 600. If my memory serves me correcty the Motul has a higher boiling point, both wet and dry.
Thanks
But since it's become almost a full time Track Car & I do need new pads, I'm going "orange"!
(Upgraded C-4 Rears).

Motul 600: 593 boiling dry and 420 boiling wet; 1 pint $11
Ate: 536 boiling dry and 392 boiling wet; 1 liter $10
1 liter = 2.1 pints
And finally, because it is what 90% of us use and there are many people on this board that drive their cars harder than even me on the track, and if its good enough for them, then its good enough for me. If you're still curious, then see my original post. Many, many people here have been there done that and I tried to reinvent the wheel when I first showed up about 3 years ago too. Just a waste of time and money.

ps - I am sure the Motul fluid is fine, but I have friends that race 2 hour enduros in their 993 race cars with the Ate fluid with no problems. So I am sure it is fine for my DEs.
