Please forgive me but I know this topic has been almost beaten to death. I have had several Porsches purchased new and have only put 4500 miles per year on them. I have always had the oil changed yearly. My current '95 993 has 39,000 miles and I change the oil every 12-15 months with both oil filters. It also has less than 4500 miles per year. I do not race but save the miles for hard driven high speed road trips. What else should I be attending to annually?
I would respect any experienced, knowledgeable opinion.

Some service items are mileage dependent, some time dependent & others both. Although a daily driver, I only drive 4-5k mi a year. Part of my schedule:
Brake fluid: time. I flush yearly just before DE season. For street only a 2 yr flush w/Dot 4 fluid should be fine.
Oil/Filters: time & mileage, but w/my low milege, time dictates an annual change shortly after cans of Jectron & Ventil Sauber.
Plugs, Rotors & Dist Cap: mileage. AFAIK, time doesn't matter.
Belts: time & mileage. Inspect regularly. Replace if & when showing wear.
Tires: time & mileage. If I don't wear them out in 5 yr (lol) they're gone.
Filters: mileage for fuel. Mileage & conditions = inspection for air & cabin filters.
Tranny oil & steering fluid: time & mileage. Flush every 2 years.
Brake pads: per inspection. Replaced at about 50% worn (under 5-6mm left). For street only could get a bit more use.
Windshield: replaced when the pitting is intolerable.
Airbags: check your service book. There are prescribed time only intervals for a dealer inspection. I intend to follow them.
Inspection: I inspect suspension components, bushings, bolts, fittings, oil leaks, etc. whenever the car is up on a jack & the tires are removed. In my case that's not more than every other month. I also check battery fluid ("sealed for life" but I pry off the cell covers) every so often.
