As for a "wax"…forget about it. The temperatures are too hot and harsh for a traditional carnauba based wax, as they will not last at all. You will have to use a full synthetic product like Klasse, Zaino or some other polymer synthetic. They are much more durable and more resistant to high temperatures. After that periodic full cleanings and reapplication will help with future build ups.
