Post Fixed squeaky windshield in 2 minutes

I know it's old news, but since it comes up every once in a while, I just wanted to confirm that "Pedro's Ice wax" works ! My 96 was making some (not many) windshield squeaks (which I could only hear at zero or very low speeds). I used a valve tune up feeler blade from the 356 - well I used a 005 no to mess up the 356's - to go between the glass and the seal at the bottom corners of the windshield and dripped Ice wax on the blade. No mess, no more squeaks. Even if it only works for a couple of months, it's a 2 minutes fix...

I’ve been using Pedro’s Ice Wax recently myself, due to these kinds of posts, but I have to say I got better results by using generic silicone spray. The silicone spray seems to last longer. With Pedro’s, my windshield starts to squeak again in just a few weeks.

I applied Pedro's last summer (or there abouts??) and the windshield is still quiet. Perhaps there are other variables at play, but it has worked for me so far.
