I'll take the bait & dispute your comment that it's a given that 18's look better than Cup II's. That's a very subjective statement. I'm not the only one who thinks that, and not the only one that has slightly "altered" their look.

Haha Ed Hughes you have put things in perspective. Having mulled over all the comments I decided to stick with the Cup 2 for now. Pray tell what is the improvement done? Your car looks gorgeous with the Cup 2. That photo swung it for me.

I have been all over the map on wheels, and decided to stay with the stock ones. Hypersilver finish, kind a "candy" color with depth, and a shade or two darker than stock.

Sport Classic comes in 17" only, not the 18" sought by OP. The sport classic II, however, is another great wheel.

I stand corrected, should be Sport Classic II. I have them on my 1995 993.

Despite what anyone says, a lighter street wheel, equals lower rotating mass, improved momwnt of inertia, and better suspension movement. This is not opinion; but fact.

So, the lightest 18" wheel that comes in an 8-8.5" front, and 10-10.5" rear, and is asthetically pleasing to your eye, would be the best!

p.s. Cleaning the MY02's, like the CupII's, is a breeze!

I have 18" 8-10s on my 95. I think they look pretty good but I also like the other suggestions made by the RLers. It's just what looks good to the owner and what makes you happy with your car. After all they are all Bada** 993s.
