Default Child Backless Booster Seat

Hello,

I rarely post but wanted to share my experience with Harmony Big Boost Deluxe Link Here. You can buy one from Walmart for $20 ($30 in Canada).

I test-fitted many different brands (except Porsche brand) of booster seats and this one is by far the best fitting booster.... The contour of the bottom/rear of the seat makes it perfect for 993's seats. And the depth of this booster seat is pretty close to the depth of 993's seat so it sticks out maybe a half inch.

As you can see it is BACKLESS booster seat which I believe is not as safe as ones with backrest (especially in our 993 which has no rear seat headrest) I eventually want to find a booster seat with backrest but ones I tried so far just do not fit properly.... so for now I am going to use this backless booster seat.

I read that an older version of Porsche Booster Seat is a good fit but I was not able to find it Please pm me if anyone has one and wants to sell it.

Hope this is helpful to someone...!

For a more full seat: Maxi Cosi. I think it is called the RodiFix.

Are you sure it's the RodiFix or just the Rodi AP. The RodiFix seems to have a base system with Latch components and seems a lot bigger at the bottom than the simpler Rodi AP.

They didn't have the AP when I got the Fix. That said, the base looks the same and the LATCH bits don't get in the way. Handy in a rental car that way.

Please check out www.thecarseatlady.com. For many kids and many cars a backless booster isn't enough.
