Default LED Lighting

Anyone have any experience with this. I replaced the H1 low beam and H3 fog lights with LED bulbs and they work fine. I tried to replace some of the other turn, brake and running lights with LED bulbs but they don't seem to work. Has anyone run into this problem? When I replaced the H3 in the fog light lens I replaced the small running light with new LEDs but they wouldn't light up. Tested for power and everything is there but they don't want to work.

LEDs are polarity sensitive, make sure you have them in the right way round...

LED bulbs in switched circuits on these cars don't seem to work right unfortunately. May be best to stick with stock here.

Right way around? Given the way the leds for parking lights and rear lights are designed it will not help to turnd them "around" buy the right type from Tore Bergvill at BergvillFX and You will be 100% satisfied or change the cables in the sockets so current and ground changes places but that will not work for the combined rear and brake light!

Go the Bergvill route an You will never look back!

Have to admit I'm confused. Why would someone manufacture the automotive LED replacement bulbs with the polarity reversed! One must also expect if someone has the knowledge and expertise to manufacture the bulbs surely they know they are polarity dependant and that reversing the polarity would render their product useless!

I'll send an e-mail to the above link and ask them.

What H3 bulbs did you use? I've tried several and they were all more like nightlights than foglights.

i've installed 3 or 4 sets of Tore's LED kits in mine and friend's 993s. works great. Easy to install. That doesn't include the headlights however. I'm sticking with the HID system for those....
