Question 993 Value 1995 C2

Hi,

Very nice condition with about 145.000 km.
Canadian version always in British Columbia and never winter-driven.
Everything works.
Special Factory Custom Color: sea-foam green metallic with black interior.
Heated Leather sport seats, sun roof, A/C, ABS, 6-speed manual, 5-spoke 17" wheels.
Bought from Weissach Vancouver in Sept. 2010.
Work done: Rotors and pads about 2 years ago, lower right valve cover seal replaced, shock tower strut bar added.
Nothing major on Carfax/CarProof.
Minor scratch on front bumper and broken headlight fixed with insurance claim.
I removed front bumper and had it repainted, nice job. Left headlight is new.
Didn't drive it last year.......other interests.

Approximate market value, please.

How is the Carfax? Is there any major or minor bodywork? What is the interior color?

Cars will sell in high $40k range in clean drivers condition/everything working. If it's extra clean, full documented, no leaks you probably can get around $50k.

Hey! I picked up my C2S in Calgary on Saturday and drove yesterday up through Winlaw! To bad we didn't hook up.

I can't help you with the price but there was a C2 in Guards Red in the Forum that sold out of Calgary 6 (?) months ago. Check it out.

Gunter you should post a full "for sale" ad if you're indeed selling and list a price.

I saw the car when it was at Weissach around 2010-2011. Haven't seen it since. Some very desirable options: Paint to Sample, heated sport seats (softbacks), limited slip.

From the link.....

In Seafoam Green Metallic with Black leather interior, and equipped with a 6-speed
manual gearbox. 1995 produced the first of the air-cooled 993-body coupe, this non-
vario cam, 270 bhp car is a lot of fun!

Factory options include metallic paint, special order colour, sport seats, heated seats,
aftermarket remote CD changer (6x), HiFi sound system, am/fm cassette player,
sunroof, automatic speed control, locking differential, rear wiper, headlight washers, 5-
spoke 17″ wheels, sport group chassis, and sport suspension lowered to European
height.

Thanks all,

Interesting replies with various opinions.

Didn't drive it for almost 2 years, just changed oil and started occasionally.
I consider selling the 993 because of other interests and needed some price estimates.

Great link:

Very unique color, maybe the only one in North America?
It was so clean and pretty, I had to buy it.

It is a very nice 911. Black interior is a winner too.
Compared to long hood prices, the 993 is an attractive alternative.

From one of your previous posts you were looking for a transmission shop. If you haven't had the repairs done it would weigh heavily on the market value of your car. If the repairs had been done, wouldn't it be prudent to mention it in this posting?

Question Vancouver, BC, transmission shop ?
1995 - 993 G50

Planning to have the 1-2-3 Synchros replaced and would appreciate some leads on a reputable shop in Vancouver, BC
.

With so many car enthusiasts in Vancouver, this car will sell for a high price. There are no 993 coupes on the market locally and the demand and wealth here is crazy.

Nothing to report........A new clutch slave cylinder plus new transmission oil solved the issue, thank heavens. I also didn't mention that I drilled out the air intake (great sound) and a quick disconnect on the new battery.
