I don't see myself spending $9,200 on wheels so what else is available?

In another one of your threads you said this...
Since a large majority of members here love the look and quality of BBS's and you like the look of cheap Chinese knock off wheels how are we supposed to read your mind and recommend what wheels you should buy?

An RL member was recently selling some Tramonts for roughly $3,000 as well.
$9,200 for HRE wheels? Whoa.

I can sympathize with the OP. As a working guy in my 40's with three kids and a mortgage I'm not poor but I have been dismayed at the cost of a nice pair of wheels for my 993. I don't like the twists that came on it but have kept them simply because of the cost of decent replacements. Most approach or exceed 10% of the total value of the car and that's just excessive unless you've got money to burn.
I assumed the figure of $9200 was just hyperbole to make a point.

Another request for clarification regarding the OP. It was pretty painful for me to buy real RUF 18"ers a couple of years back but I never felt the need to complain. I really didn't think they were THAT much better looking than the OE 18" Turbo Twists but I knew to me they were worth it. BTW, I could easily make money on them now, Good Luck.
