I think the car is missing the black plastic cap that goes into the door handle keyhole.

Most 95's don't have immobilizer/remote door locks so need access to the keyhole.
I have the same color car. Not sure I'm totally into the tint.

No plastic cap on the key holes...........I don't think I have ever seen those........

Just saw the plastic keyhole caps........need keyhole to lock/unlock car.....fwiw
