A while back I had sent my calipers out and had them powder coated by Howard Cook at Powder Tech Plus, 904-269-1719
I think it was something like $240 for all 4 of them.
After powder coating you can pretty much bring the calipers to any reputable shops locally and have them rebuild.

Dan,
I didn't need to remove the pistons or the seals. I believe Howard is also the same guy either Champion or Brumos Porsche uses to powder coat their calipers for their customers, so he knows what he is doing.
They have these special masking tape made to cover up the pistons and seals area prior to the powder coating process, so you don't need to remove them. Since the brake calipers is designed to exceed over 400 F degrees during operation, the powder coat baking will not destroy the seals.
As for the stencils, you will need to check with your local sign shop who have a plotter type cutter, they should be able to cut it onto a vinyl sticker for you if you provide the proper font file.
