Default Rear Bumper Shipping

Has anyone shipped a rear bumper recently? Just trying to find a reasonably priced method. I put a couple of feelers out to friends in the trucking industry but thought I would ask the brain trust as well .

Shipnex also has very competitive rates. You can ship a 50 lb. 48" x 20" x 20" package coast to coast for about $95.00. https://www.shipnex.com/express-shipping-rates.aspx

Greyhound.. No box needed, assuming you will need to paint/refinish.
