I have Leland West...$55k agreed value policy with unlimited annual mileage for $885 premium. My car has 65k miles on it.

I also cross-shopped Heacock and they would not offer me an unlimited mileage policy and 3000 per year was the most they would go. I have a company car for my DD and they asked for ridiculous amounts of insurance documentation that got very frustrating to deal with. For both those reasons I ended up with Leland West.

Odd-Heacock offered me 4K, but for a slight bump I have 6k per year. They only needed proof my wife and I had other cars, and that they were insured. A copy of our Allstate policy was only document we needed to provide.

It could be different laws for insurance coverage in VA vs CA? The difference in the requirements for proof of insurance coverage could be due to a personally owned DD vs a company car?

Who knows, had no issues when I moved to OR. Calif is no walk in the park for any company doing business in that state.

As a current market data point, I bought a polar 95 C4 narrow-body 6-speed with 29K miles a few months ago for $62.5.
