Default Get ready for Fister Stage 3

I'm excited as hell, removed the stock cans today to ship them to FD Motorsports to get Fisterized. How loud are the Stage 3's?

Well....start the engine now without mufflers and I bet the stage 3's will be less loud than that!
Is that a Swedish flag under the mufflers?

First start up might sound a little raspy...but they quickly "season". A warm restart will become one of your favorite things. Absolutely love mine, entering season 7 with them...every drive is practically a giggle fest the deeper into the throttle you go.

I've had two sets of Fister I's over the last 8 or 9 years. Love the sound.

But then I hear a 993 with III's and start wondering if I should make the swap...

This is awesome, my 993 has stage III from previous owner. Sounds intoxicating.

I've got Stage IIs, and love the sound. Great people to deal with.

I have the III's. The echo off the buildings as I pass through our little NE town center is awesome. There is no slipping in or out of the garage quietly, that's for sure. Let us know what you think!

Loved the IIIs when I had them. Love my Is with sport cats. Basically, I love everything Darin makes.

Plenty of threads comparing sound levels of F2 and F3, but mostly seems to depend upon comfort level of you, your regular passengers, your neighbors and local law enforcement.

depends on what your cat set up is. with stock cats, an acceptable, low deep sound. with 200 cells, like i have, very aggressive with a nice bark. i love the 200/FD3 set up and everyone (that likes an aggressive exhaust) that hears it, loves it.

i haven't tried it yet, but my cats also came with bypass pipes!! i'd have to imagine that would be 'full race mode' territory.

Thanks for all the responses and positivity on the Stage 3 cans. Wow, I was surprised by the weight of the stock cans! FD Motorsports mentioned it would take 3 days to get new cans shipped back to me. I'm just hoping to be ready for the Hershey Swap Meet in April--lol!
