Agreed; microfiber towels with appropriate technique has kept my black C2 free of the pervasive micro scratches/haze that you see on most dark colored cars. Wash them separately, no fabric softener and my prefrence is to air dry them. Most dryers keep some amount of grit/sand/crap in them (more so if you have children) and it will find its way into the uFiber towels.
A good test is to take your drying/washing towel to a CD and look for fine scratches. I test my old uFibers in this fashion every so often. Clean ones will leave no scratches.
