I do however, wonder why the bent chassis was not fixed at the time of the crash. My guess is the fender was hit as was the wheel, which ultimately caused the impact to the transfer all the way up the strut to the mount point. You probably have all new suspension arms on the left and the repairer that fixed the car felt that the bent chassis was able to be compensated for by the adjusted suspension geometry. As said above...if the car handles fine, then dont worry about it. The only thing it may affect is resale.
