96 targa with electrical Germans. Left turn indicator flashes fast and the rear is not working. Figure it's the bulb. Not. No voltage going to rear light socket. New bulbs or switching left and right rear sockets - no go on the left.

Figure it's the flasher relay. What do you think?

If it's that relay is it behind the fuel/oil gauge or under the passenger seat.
