I bought one from topgaiters. It came complete with the wire frame and they will do contrasting stitching if you require it. $45 plus post.
It fitted fine and looks good. Maybe a bit thinner leather than the original but any thicker would have been a real pain to fit.
Ask if they ship to the USA.
