Looking for PSS10 52MM small locknut part number. I want to add a second locknut at the bottom of the rear drop link bracket, that will not interfear with the head of the drop link. I have already received two from Bilstein part no. E4-FT4-Z003A05 that are too large. Not getting much help from Bilstein.

If you mean too large, as in OD of the ring (interference), just grind the outside diameter down to fit. That's the correct part number for the locking rings

can't lock against the bottom of the drop link due to the interference with the bracket angling off. Use the ring on top of that bracket with the rings you have

If you are referring to the ID (thread) being wrong:
Ive had problems with Billstein too... Ive ordered multiple sets from them, there are definitely two sizes. I don't have the part numbers handy.. but press the folks at Bilstein, they have the right parts, you just have to find them...

If you are referring to the OD:
Yes you will have to some mild filing to the drop link bracket to relieve interference with the additional lock ring.
