No answer is the new "no". Had similar communication or lack of communication with a subcontractor. No answer to calls or texts for weeks. Finally an email telling me he is sorry and going out of business.

If this is indeed the case, Ed should have just been forthcoming and told me this was the case 4 weeks ago before issuing an invoice and getting me to pay up and wasting my time. A business going kaput doesn't usually happen overnight. I just want some open and honest coms.
There goes my xmas present to myself. Dials next year...
I have escalated my case to a claim and awaiting a resolution. Opo, Kingston and xcghg, hope you guys used Paypal... Good luck guys.

Finally installed my red tach face.
Good luck to all with outstanding orders and claims. I am very happy with the product, but won't order again due to experience of others. FWIW, I placed my order on August 22, 2015. I received the mockup for approval via email on Aug. 26th and I approved the same day. I received my order 2 months later.

Just received word from Paypal they have completed their investigation and were able to recover the amounts paid for both sets of dials. Good luck to all awaiting their dials or their disputes.

Finally installed my red tach face.

I dropped Ed an email last night asking whats going on, been 2 1/2 months etc. and got the following back;

I am sorry not getting back at you anymore, but I have been incapable doing anything because since last November I have been hospitalized due to a car accident I was involved in. I am still in the process of recovering at home now, but slowly checking what the damage is, because a lot of customers are waiting for their orders just like you. I need to inventarise things here so I will get back at all my customers this week.
