Has anyone heard from Ed? I paid my money three weeks ago for a set of dials and I haven't heard from him. Have I done my money?

It took me about a month to have my dial face shipped out by this business. Perhaps they're on one of those long European summer vacations somewhere remote...?

I placed my dial order via their online shop on June 30, the dials were delivered to California on July 23. Ed was responsive to my questions each time I sent him a note. One thing is for sure...European business slows to a crawl in August (unless you are in the hotel/restaurant business). I was really happy with their dials

I want to replace mine and the needles which have faded. I cannot tell if they sell those but thanks for sharing your satisfaction on the faces. Here is what mine look like 1996 Targa

I ordered, it took a while but it showed up, no problem. I believe he had a recent emergency that slowed down production. I always got a response though.

Nice product

I had lots of trouble with this suplier !!!
Very poor quality and not willing to do anything about it.
I had to engage a lawyer to put some pressure. He was still uncooperative and after weeks he refunded and wanted his dials back
I have a very different idea about customer service !

Now I bought a complete set from Gemballa wich have way better build quality.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed as I sent Ed my Sport Chrono gauge a couple months ago to have his expert install the faceplate and send me the other dials.

I've been looking at a hole above my dashboard since then and haven't heard from Ed since August 20th (5 weeks now)
