Potential buy high mileage help

Bought my NB two and a half years ago in the low 20's and 149,000 miles on it. It handled badly and the previous owner reflected that in the price. After some Wevo motor mounts, lower control arm bushings, lower ball joints, Bilstein HD's, rear control arm bushings it handles like it was meant to. Did all the work myself so I am still in it for less than 30K.
The motor? Other than doing a clean up I did nothing to it. Runs and pulls strong. Uses about half a quart of oil in 2,500 miles. One or two drops on the floor per week.
PCA has a lot of good runs up your way. Nice people. Just had Tech day at Red Line in Culver City. Next event is family day at Paramount Ranch in Agoura Hills.

Haha, I don't know if you can get into an aircooled 911 these days for low 20's. Unless it's an SC that needs a little work.
Maybe I'm wrong, but a tired 993 or 964 even is starting in the low 30's.
