On what I think is the clutch master cylinder (moves when you depress the clutch pedal), there is a little rubber bellows or boot. Mine is torn, and hence the hanging clutch pedal.

Is there a way to get just the rubber boot? Part number?

There doesn't seem to be a part number for that piece and I also can't find a reference to a rebuild kit for the clutch master cylinder. A new one (993-423-171-00) is available for less than $70.
