I just want a DME relay that has a toggle switch built into it. That way there's no need to pull it when you wanna prime oil system. Less chance of solder joints failing from monkeying with it.

On second thought, too much tech talk going on here. Anyone know what my car's worth nowadays? :-). :-)

Now you're talking. With all the extra room on solid state DME relay, someone could easily add a small, solid covered toggle switch without exceeding the volume of the original relay. True plug and play.

Of course, now we're talking about more solder joints to fail. Oh well.

Interesting. Seems like "Electronic DME" would be a more appropriate descriptor, but hey what do I know.

Default Solid-State DME Relays Now Available!

I am pleased to announce the Solid-State DME Relay is now for sale at www.ftech9.com. It is available as a stock replacement or with the additional “Pump-Prime” Feature. I would like to thank everyone for their interest and support in making this product a reality. I hope this will be the first of many new products to come.

Well, even though I ordered a standard unit a month ago, I ordered one of these.

Just my luck, my car just got a replacement for Christmas. Maybe I'll dump it on fleabay and get one if these.

Hold on...

?? Sold out already ??

Also, the "see additional information at" link requires a squarespace login, any way to see the info without having to set up an account?

Guessing these are teething pains but thought you'd want to know.

Default Well, that went fast...

It took less than 45 minutes to completely sell out of Solid-State Relays. The good news is I will have another batch toward the end of next week. I apologize to anyone who was unable to place an order, the demand turned out to be much higher than I anticipated.

You're going to sell a WHOLE LOT of these, so I'd suggest you ramp up production significantly.

Paging Dr. Steve Weiner or the like-- what are the compromises associated with "pump prime"? Safety? Reliability? Comfort?

Thanks in advance!
